A lifelong Texas Hill Country resident, Kim Voyles brings over 16 years of real estate expertise, deep local knowledge, and a passion for helping people navigate life’s biggest transitions. Born and raised in the area, Kim only left briefly to attend the University of North Texas before beginning a successful career in corporate sales with companies like Holiday Inn, Hertz, and AstraZeneca. That early foundation instilled in her a strong commitment to client service—something she’s carried into every real estate transaction since becoming a REALTOR® in 2008.
Kim’s decision to enter real estate was driven by a personal experience that revealed the importance of having a trustworthy, knowledgeable advocate throughout the buying or selling process. Today, she’s known for her open communication, attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding expectations. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or those relocating to the Hill Country, Kim approaches every client relationship with empathy, integrity, and a service-first mindset.
Now based in Spring Branch/Bulverde, Kim and her husband Scott—married for over 30 years—are active in their church and community. Their two daughters, Taylor and Allie, are forging their own paths in college and hospitality, and Kim cherishes the balance of family, faith, and fulfilling work.
She is a Licensed Texas REALTOR® and active member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and Texas Association of REALTORS®.
