Having lived in Texas for more than 20 years—including the past decade in Sherman, Texas—Landon has deep roots in the area and a strong understanding of North Texas communities.
Before transitioning into real estate, Landon spent over 20 years specializing in home remodeling and finish carpentry, an experience that sharpened his eye for detail and gives his clients a valuable advantage. From evaluating a home’s true potential to spotting issues others might miss, his background allows him to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and clarity. During his time contracting with Lowe’s Home Improvement, Landon also became well-rounded in the Dallas market, serving areas from the heart of Dallas to Sherman and surrounding communities.
What Landon loves most is helping people find a place they can truly call home. From the excitement of submitting an offer to the joy of acceptance, he thrives on advocating for his clients and celebrating their wins. He believes buying or selling a home should be an exciting experience and considers it an honor to walk side by side with clients on that journey.
Outside of real estate, he’s a huge Denver Broncos fan, a loyalty earned during six years living in Colorado. Guided by his faith, Landon treats every client with integrity, respect, and care—understanding that strong relationships, word of mouth, and happy clients are the foundation of a successful real estate career.
