Gary Pollard
Gary Pollard has called Houston his home since 1984. Prior to transitioning to the real estate industry he achieved a successful career in the insurance and financial services industry owning offices around the Houston area and other metropolitan areas in Texas. During that time, he became very familiar with the greater Houston home markets including Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, Spring/The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland, Memorial and inside the Loop. Gary realized the inevitable long-term growth and development in the greater Houston area and began buying investment properties in 2015. His love for real estate grew rapidly, and he saw the opportunity to bring his acquired skills and experience into working with people to help them achieve their personal real estate goals. Often, when people are moving from one home to another they are also moving from one chapter of their lives to the next one and emotions can be high. Gary provides a highly personalized, client-centric experience. The market is dynamic and he advises against trying to time it, relying too heavily on generalizations, or being too heavily influenced by news cycles. Instead, Gary offers a customized, thoughtful and goal-oriented approach to real estate which is focused on strategy-based results and strong negotiations on behalf of his clients.
