Feryal Abdulkader
With a real estate career spanning nearly two decades since 2006, I have built my business on one simple principle: my clients always come first. As a consistent Top Producing Agent in the BHGRE Gary Greene Sugar Land/Fort Bend office, I am dedicated to delivering extraordinary service, expert guidance, and exceptional results for every client I serve.
Having lived in Fort Bend County for many years—first in the Rivers Edge community and now in Aliana—I possess extensive knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, schools, market trends, and lifestyle opportunities. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, luxury home sellers, investors, or relocating families, I provide the local expertise and personalized attention needed to make every transaction a success.
Before entering real estate, I enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality industry, serving in senior leadership and General Manager positions with Sofitel Luxury Hotels. During that time, I was honored with numerous prestigious awards, including Hotel of the Year and Employee Satisfaction Awards. This background instilled in me the values of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience—qualities that continue to define my real estate business today.
Originally from Ethiopia, I was raised in a culture known for its hospitality, respect, and genuine care for others. Combined with having lived in several states across the United States and traveled extensively around the world, I have developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. This allows me to connect easily with clients from diverse backgrounds and help make their transitions smooth and stress-free.
As a Certified Relocation Specialist, I have successfully assisted numerous corporate relocation clients moving to and from the Houston area. I understand the unique challenges that come with relocation and work diligently to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
My commitment to client satisfaction is reflected in the outstanding reviews and ratings I have earned throughout my career. My clients consistently recognize my dedication, responsiveness, market knowledge, and ability to navigate complex transactions with professionalism and care.
