Flo Edelman
Flo Edelman has been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and brings a unique blend of technical precision and personal dedication to her real estate practice. A native Houstonian with deep roots in the area, Flo specializes in representing sellers, particularly in high-end acreage communities where horse properties are the common. Her designations include GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), and CLHMS-Guild (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), underscoring her commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering exceptional service. Over the years, she’s earned multiple Silver Awards (2012, 2014, 2016, 2023, 2024) and a prestigious Gold Award in 2021 for her outstanding sales performance.
With a background as an IT systems analyst for over a decade before entering real estate, Flo brings an analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail to every transaction. She’s known for sweating the small stuff—not because she’s picky, but because she knows that one missed checkbox can cost a client time or money. Her clients appreciate her conscientious approach, clear communication, and problem-solving skills, which help ensure deals stay on track. Flo describes her business as “boutique,” meaning clients get her full attention and won’t be passed off to a team, just honest, responsive, and one-on-one service from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Flo enjoys escape rooms (so much so that her family has done 30+ in a single week on road trips), occasional scrapbooking, and staying active at the gym. She’s also the webmaster for the Houston Dressage Society, combining her tech skills with a love for the equestrian lifestyle. Whether she’s helping clients buy or sell a home, Flo brings her trademark blend of professionalism, diligence, and grounded humor to everything she does. If you’re looking for someone who knows the acreage market, communicates clearly, and always plays by the book then call Flo! She’d love to help you with your next real estate transaction!...
