Adrian Slimp
Born and raised in Conroe, Adrian Slimp has lived in Montgomery County her entire life. With six generations of family roots in the area, her connection to the community runs deep, giving her firsthand knowledge of its neighborhoods, schools, and the way the market has evolved over time.
Adrian is known for being a strong communicator who is attentive, honest, and committed to guiding clients through every step of the process. She prioritizes education and market awareness so her clients can make informed, confident decisions rather than rushed ones, always focusing on providing steady support from start to finish.
Before becoming a Realtor, Adrian ran a licensed cosmetology and freelance makeup business for 17 years, built through referrals and long-term client relationships. She also homeschooled her children and led a seasonal Farm School in New Waverly, strengthening her organization, communication, and leadership skills. Her transition into real estate was further shaped by her family’s experience with investment properties and renovations, giving her practical insight into ownership, value, and investing.
Outside of real estate, Adrian enjoys reading, traveling across Texas, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family. She is the founder of Pages & Places, a book club that pairs literature with local dining experiences around the Houston area.
Adrian is also active in the real estate community through the Hausman Home Group with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, serves as President-Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors Montgomery County, and participates in the HAR Political Affairs Advisory Group. She takes pride in guiding clients with integrity and compassion, ensuring they feel supported from the first conversation to closing and beyond....
