Alisa Parsons
Alisa Parsons was born in Biloxi, Mississippi at Keesler Air Force Base and has proudly called Houston home since 1980. She grew up in the Clear Lake area and moved to The Woodlands/South Montgomery County in 1995, where she has witnessed the community grow and transform over the years. With a deep understanding of the local market and its constant evolution, Alisa lives by her motto: “The market is ever changing, but the service always remains the same.”
Before real estate, Alisa was self-employed for 20 years as a scopist in the legal field, editing depositions and trials. That career sharpened her attention to detail, ability to focus under deadlines, and commitment to meeting the needs of others—skills she now applies daily in her real estate practice.
Clients choose Alisa for her thorough research, strong follow-through, and genuine desire to achieve the best results. She understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful and works to make the process seamless. Whether helping buyers find the right home, guiding sellers to maximize their property’s value, or providing ongoing support after closing, Alisa is committed to making every transaction smooth and successful.
Her dedication has earned her recognition throughout her career, including Rookie of the Year Honorable Mention in her first year, along with President’s Club honors and consistent placement as a Top 5 Producer. Much of her success comes from repeat clients and referrals—a true reflection of the trust she builds.
Outside of real estate, Alisa enjoys Camp Gladiator, yardwork, reading, tackling home projects, and traveling annually to Baja California Sur. She is a member of The Woodlands Methodist Church and deeply values her roots in the community, bringing that same sense of care, commitment, and connection to every client she serves.
