Andrea Kitzmann
Andrea Kitzmann is an experienced Broker Associate/Realtor with multiple certifications. She is passionate about real estate and attends regular training and seminars to keep her systems fresh and modern.
Through previous jobs, she discovered her gifts for organization, planning, and selling. These led her into real estate in 2009, where she trained with some of the top agents in the area before starting her own team with Keller Williams in 2013. Andrea's success with her team in Texas brought her to the attention of agents across the country. In 2015, an opportunity led Andrea to Northern Virginia, where she launched a real estate sales team serving Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Washington D.C., along with her original team in Texas. Family brought her back to Texas in 2017.
Andrea's blend of leadership, marketing, and organizational skills, combined with her passion for service, creates a unique team serving the Greater Brazos Valley and North Houston real estate markets. Andrea was a recipient of the Houston Association of Realtors' prestigious 20 Under 40 Award, and her group was ranked the #2 Team in Keller Williams Realty International for 2023.
Andrea was born and raised in College Station, Texas, and will always be a Fightin' Texas Aggie. She married her husband, Clint Kitzmann, in December 2021 in Las Vegas at what guests claim was the best wedding they've ever attended. He recently joined Andrea in what's now the family real estate business. When not working, Andrea enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering with local charity organizations. She has a particular soft spot for humane societies, as her beloved dogs, Anya, Aspen, Ares, & Casper are all rescues.
