Born in Hoboken, New Jersey, and raised in Houston from the age of eight, Fatema Husain brings a lifelong connection to the communities she serves. She began her career in real estate as a Residential Appraiser with the Harris County Appraisal District while earning her Texas Real Estate License. This early foundation provided her with a deep understanding of property values, market behavior, and the importance of informed decision-making.
Fatema later expanded her expertise as a Licensed Property Tax Consultant, working closely with property owners to navigate valuation and taxation matters. This combined background in appraisal, tax consulting, and real estate gives her a comprehensive perspective on the market and allows her to guide clients with clarity, precision, and confidence.
A dedicated industry professional, Fatema serves as the 2026 President of South Asian Real Estate Professionals and as a Board Member of the Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Professionals. She is also a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program Class of 2025. Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Gujarati, she is proud to serve Houston’s diverse communities with professionalism and care.
