With 10 years of experience in Real Estate, selling hundreds of single family homes, townhomes, and condos – she understands new home construction, first time buyers, and sellers. Katelyn’s background in new home sales gives her a strong understanding of buyers financing, marketing properties for maximum profits for sellers, and impactful contract negotiation. Prior to working in Real Estate, Katelyn worked as a marketing professional. She holds a degree in Marketing from JMU in Virginia. After graduation, she realized a dream to work in sports when she worked for Michael Jordan’s NBA team in Charlotte, NC. In 2020, Katelyn and her family moved from the Washington, DC area to The Woodlands. A proud Woodlands resident, Katelyn loves how wonderful The Woodlands is for families. She loves the simplicity of living in a neighborhood where the kids run and play freely outside, and the active lifestyle they live in Creekside, walking and biking from home through the trails to enjoy local coffee, restaurants or a quick trip to the grocery store. Katelyn loves the community she has built with other moms and their little ones. There is so much to do here!
