Having grown up in Houston and then living in London and Dubai in her 20’s, Rayya is proud to call Texas home and even more proud to be a resident of Creekside, The Woodlands.
Drawn to North Houston’s wide-open potential and one-of-a-kind communities, she spent almost a year zeroing in on several of its neighborhoods. From Rock Creek to Willowcreek Ranch and Creekside in Harris County to the majestic villages of The Woodlands in Montgomery County, she has scoured them all and made friends along the way, including other Realtors, inspectors, appraisers, neighbors, landscapers, and others. Having undergone the stresses of navigating this unprecedented Real Estate environment, she thoroughly enjoyed the process. Seeing beyond the initial attraction of a certain home or neighborhood, she focused on traffic patterns, length of school pickup lines, inspections (including stucco drilling), access to main fairways, HOAs, elevation levels, drainage work done by MUD or Township after major storms, construction material (whether the homebuilder used Pex pipes or not), and all the other details that most miss. She also has a warehouse of beautiful décor items and paintings accumulated over the years to stage your home.
A conscientious learner and researcher, she loves driving through the North Houston area discovering new developments, both residential and commercial. After having worked at her family’s commercial development office in Houston (which bought and developed commercial properties in North Houston), she knew her future would be here. Come and live among us!
She is an active member at First Presbyterian Church in Houston and is working towards Certification in Counseling from the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. She is fluent in Arabic.
