Originally from England, Ruth has been a resident of the Houston area since 1998. Prior to settling in the Houston area Ruth lived in England and Gabon and has therefore made several international moves, and has since moved locally, a number of times, so she certainly understands how stressful these times can be and will be there by your side to guide you through the process whether you are moving across the street or across the world.
Ruth loves her job, and takes it very seriously, wanting to help all her clients, whether tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, or investors, have the smoothest move and transaction possible. Her work style is to “be there” for her clients through every step of their real estate journey and remain long after the transaction has closed.
She pledges to give each client equal attention whether it be for a lease or a multi-million-dollar listing. Her hope is that at the end of the transaction, her name will be the one her clients remember when someone asks, “Do you know a great Realtor?” If that happens, she will feel she has done her job well!
After 16 years as a Realtor, Ruth took the jump in 2023 to grow her business and started Circle D Realty Group, adding Carley Ricciardi, a close family friend, and her son Jason Duance to her team. As a team Ruth, Carley and Jason continue to offer their clients the absolute best of service.
Ruth and her husband, David, married since 1985, are proud parents of two children and now Lolli and Pops to their beautiful granddaughter. Both their children transitioned through Conroe ISD schools and graduated from The Woodlands High School before moving on to attend, and graduated from, Texas A&M University.
