Sommer Hausman
Born in San Antonio and raised in Alice, Texas, I spent my early years surrounded by lifelong connections before moving every two years as an Army wife. After living in several states, I settled in The Woodlands 13 years ago—and it’s truly where I’ve found home. As a proud mom of four and full-time Broker Associate, I’ve mastered the art of multitasking, negotiation, and client care. I’m calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and deeply empathetic—treating every client like family and offering honest advice, even when it’s not in my best interest. Before real estate, I earned a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University and worked with Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, which taught me the power of clear communication and patience. Leading volunteer organizations during my Army years also strengthened my leadership and problem-solving skills—qualities I bring to every transaction. I currently serve as the 2025 President-Elect and 2026 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors® – Montgomery County, supporting leadership and mentorship among real estate professionals. Fluent in English, sarcasm, sign language, and a bit of border Spanish, I bring humor and heart to my work. I also hold multiple professional designations, including MRP, RENE, PSA, ABR, CLHMS, AHWD, C2EX, and my Broker’s license. When I’m not working, I love staying active, baking sourdough, planning creative events, or cheering on my sons at baseball or football—or enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine. My mission is simple: to guide clients with expertise, integrity, and genuine care—no matter where their next move takes them.
