I served the Texas farm and ranch community for two decades as a lobbyist, grassroots advocate and political campaign strategist. I have three children: Hardin is a graduate of Texas A&M and married Fall of 2017; Peyton is a Film/Digital Media graduate of Baylor, he is active in church youth counseling activities; Carson is beginning his college career with the ultimate goal of achieving a PhD in Physics, he enjoys leadership activities and being a summer camp counselor. The kids always got along incredibly well - in fact they named our magnificent magnolia "The Friendship Tree" because it was a "no-arguing zone."
