Northwest Colorado Business Park (NWCOBP) is the newest address for construction, light advanced manufacturing, distribution, logistics and warehousing, clean tech energy companies and start-ups interested in shovel ready, cost competitive, industrial and commercial sites. NWCOBP is being developed by the Town of Hayden in an effort to attract new businesses, and encourage expansion of existing businesses, to replace the property tax and employment voids caused by a declining coal industry.
