DiPrima's Casabella Model is for sale. We'd like to retain it as a model for a few more months, and close after the New Year, ideally in February. This house is a Villa Lucca, our most popular plan by far. The plan is very accommodating, to both young families and retirees alike. Many visitors state that it feels warm and inviting, as a home should. The house features four bedrooms (one bedroom can be utilized as a study), and three full baths. The ceilings in the great room are 11', with nickel gap trim in our 12' trays.
