The camper is protected by a huge custom roof-over creating a lovely large porch complete with ceiling fans and lights and adjoins an expansive open deck. Lighted steps behind the camper links the porch with a custom-built 12x12 specially reinforced storage building which has its own 5KW heater to prevent freezing and houses a full sized refrigerator and a 40 gallon Rheem water heater which is piped underground into the camper.
