Starting with the community first: there are monthly movie nights in the community room, a lively book club, and the beloved biannual “loft crawls,” when doors open, conversation flows, and plates of snacks do quiet laps around the hall. Even HOA meetings are genuinely fun, which says everything about the tone of this building. Reserving the community room is free and done online, so hosting a birthday toast or a cozy screening night takes minutes, not planning headaches. Truly a gem.
The elevator is fast, the common hallways are very wide, and there’s an assigned bike-rack space so your wheels are ready for Saturday rides.
