Our beautiful custom built home nestled on 2.09 acres, has 4 bedrooms 3 and a 1/2 baths a cook’s kitchen which is accessible to each zone of the house thanks to its open floor plan. We built it to comfortably accommodate 3 generations in one home; Grandma lived in the perfectly functional guest suite. Which has its own entrance, spacious wheelchair accessible bathroom and a very large closet which is also a safe room. Our kids went to college and spent their early twenties in their own private rooms with en-suite baths. Each is quickly accessible to the 3-car garage. This design allows for mutual privacy while common areas of formal living, dining and den/club style kitchen are a great space to enjoy each other.
