All the cars and vehicles convey with the property. The road leading to the house is not good and you risk getting stuck in the mud if it has recently rained. It costs $150 to have your vehicle pulled out of the mud. I recommend driving on the side of the road in the grass on some parts. You should be able to see tire tracks where people in the neighborhood have traveled around the bad parts of the road.
