Cheryl Toon
Born in Austin, Texas, Cheryl Toon has lived all over the Lone Star State, including Dallas, Waco, San Antonio, and Houston, where she has happily called home since 1999. A proud Texan through and through, she loves helping others discover the unique neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyle that make the Houston area such a great place to call home.
After a 29-year career in education as an English teacher and school counselor, Cheryl brought her passion for helping people into real estate. Her background sharpened her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide families through life's biggest transitions with patience, compassion, and confidence.
Cheryl believes in old-school values: building genuine relationships, communicating openly, and treating clients like friends and neighbors instead of transactions. Having experienced everything from renting and buying a first home to real estate investing, raising a family, and planning for retirement, she understands that every move comes with its own hopes, challenges, and dreams.
When Cheryl isn't helping clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time at Lake Conroe, and serving her church and community. As a proud Baylor alum, she also finds herself making frequent trips back to Waco to visit her three children, who are all now attending Baylor University. Most of all, she treasures time with her family, friends, and two dogs, and is passionate about helping every client turn their real estate goals into reality....
