I close an average of 60 homes a year, selling 20 million plus a year. I am rated in the top 1% of Agents locally and in the Top 50 Women in Business locally. I am locally born and raised. I know the market, the neighborhoods, the cities, the schools. I keep excellent relationships with local builders and Realtors.
