Tina Cunningham
Tina brings a wealth of experience in leadership, business, and community service to her role as a real estate agent. As a former operations manager and business owner, she was honored as Businesswoman of the Year and recognized with Business of the Year—proof that she understands what it takes to manage details, communicate effectively, and deliver results.
Her passion for people has always extended far beyond the workplace. Tina created a Letterman’s Jacket program to recognize and support local youth—an initiative that continues today under new ownership.
Throughout the years, she has served in numerous volunteer leadership roles, including past president and board member of the Chamber of Commerce, former board member of United Way, and holding several club- and district-level positions within Rotary International. In recognition of her service, she was also honored as Rotarian of the Year.
Today, Tina channels all of that experience into helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. Her business background gives her a strong command of contracts, negotiations, and timelines. Her heart for service ensures she listens closely, advocates fully, and follows through.
With Tina, clients don’t just gain an experienced real estate professional — they gain a respected community leader, a skilled negotiator, and a trusted advocate who is deeply invested in the people and places she serves.
