This is a Home project I started but I am not able to finish. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms now. 2 bedrooms downstairs with full bath and 1 could be 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom. Sits on .42 Acre lot. Has concrete driveway, fenced in yard with gate. House does have Electricity and Water on. List of things that have been done: New Metal Roof New Windows New Addition to bedroom Added Joists and Headers where needed New Exterior Doors New Appliances and Showers are at the house. New Tyvex wrap ready for siding. Tore down 3 sheds to open yard up. Items still need to be finished: Kitchen cabinets & countertops Flooring New stairs HVAC - Paid for Electrical 10k Quote Plumbing 6K Quote Drywall Insulation and Painting Paint - Paid for Siding & Gutters Estimate to finish is 50K Resell should be at $245/250K I have not done a flip where the city inspector is involved and permits need pulled, so this job is just too much for me to handle with now.
