I have been working really hard on myself lately, and I think I’m ready for a long-term relationship. I started by covering the basics, like new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and paint. Then I thought maybe I needed to dig deeper, so I installed an entirely new HVAC system. It’s a 1.5-ton Rheem heat pump with a new air handler, thermostat, flex ducts, registers, and grills. I think that sort of soul-searching led me to realize that I also needed all-new electrical wiring, outlets, and a 200-amp service panel – as well as brand-new plumbing. It was hard work, but I am a better house because of it. Oh, and I almost forgot, I splurged and updated my entire kitchen, too, with all-new stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry.
