Sprawling Sugarbush Resort spans 2 mountains: Lincoln Peak & Mt. Ellen. & there are two ways to travel between them: By chairlift on an intermountain quad, or by car on German Flats Road. It is on that road—less than 3 min from Lincoln Peak Village—where you'll find this property. Overlooking a postcard-worthy scenic beaver pond, the lot lines actually extend out into the pond & up the opposing hillside. The topography on the road side lends itself to a beautiful pond view & of course the proximity to Sugarbush is unbeatable, but there's probably not enough room for a large mansion-type home. Hike down a short distance from the road & you'll encounter a flat area perched above the water. It's a perfect build site, but any structure will have to be fairly small because the land slopes down again from there to the shoreline.
