Developer will retain architectural control of what is built on the 3 lots but there are no common areas and there is no HOA or covenants/restrictions on any of the lots. Developer’s standard regarding architectural control is that the design on each lot will not take away from the value of the other lots. The Grange is located adjacent Shawnee Mission School District’s softball fields. “Operation of the facility shall be limited to the dates of March 1st through October 31st. Lights shall be turned off after the last game is completed on each field. Field lights shall be turned off by 9:00 P.M. and parking lot lights by 9:30 P.M. during the months of March through May.
